From humble beginnings, we have grown into a highly experienced team of landscape gardeners. We’re able to provide complete landscaping services from conception to completion, helping you realise your outdoor space’s potential and producing the dream garden you will enjoy for many years.
Your garden is an extension of your home and should reflect your style and lifestyle. Norfolk Professional Landscapers have been designing and building gardens for over 12 years and have built an unrivalled reputation as one of Norfolk’s foremost landscape gardening companies.
Many people ask us, “what’s the difference between a gardener and landscaper?”
The simple answer is that garden landscaping often incorporates structural garden components, including paving, patios, decking, walls, fencing, turfing, and garden features.
By cleverly combining these hard landscaping elements with soft elements such as plants, flowers and trees, you can add structure to your garden, highlight or hide particular features and provide individual spaces for entertaining, fun and relaxing.
Garden landscaping by a professional company is the ideal way to create your perfect space allowing you to sit and relax, entertain or let your children play. Our practical and innovative designs will enable you to use your garden the way you want. We can help with creative ideas for planting and landscaping, whether you are looking for a full redesign, re-establishing borders or re-turfing your garden.
Furthermore, if you already have, or are planning additions such as water features or swimming pools, we can work to incorporate these within the design.
We have many years of experience designing and landscaping gardens and outdoor spaces of all types and sizes for homes and businesses.
Whether you need a low maintenance landscaping design that needs minimal input, or you’d like a garden that you can manage yourself, we can design and deliver it.
We can also provide garden maintenance services, should you need them.
Softening the landscape is the job of plants, from turf to towering trees and beautifully blooming borders. We understand the importance of each element of your garden, so if you need a full garden dug out or a creative tidy up, with our services, your needs can be catered for.
We offer full Garden Design options at competitive prices and are so confident in our skills that we provide several guarantees. We aim to get your garden design right the first time, fully suiting your needs and able to stand the test of time.
How much are landscape gardeners?
There’s no simple answer to this question, as it depends on your outdoor space’s size and the work required. We can provide you with a FREE, no-obligation quotation that is tailored to your exact requirements. To arrange this, get in touch with us.
Where are you based? What area/s do you cover?
We are based in Norfolk and cover the whole of Norfolk and some parts of Suffolk. Please contact us to check if we can cover your area.
Do I need a gardener and a landscaper?
Not with Norfolk Professional Landscapers! We are highly experienced in both gardening and landscaping and can provide garden and landscaping design from concept through to ongoing gardening and maintenance.
How long does it take to carry out a garden makeover?
A complete garden makeover depends on a number of elements, including size, complexity, availability of materials and of course, the great British weather! When we quote for a project, we will always provide a timescale. When you confirm that you would like to go ahead, we will agree on a start date and an estimated completion date. There may be delays from time to time, but we will always keep in regular contact with you to explain the delay and how it may impact the expected completion date.
Can you landscape one part of my garden?
Absolutely! We can help if you have just one section of your garden that you’d like to change, for example, adding a pond, a paved area or a wildlife garden.
If you’re planning on a complete garden makeover but prefer to do this in stages, we’d recommend that you work with a professional garden landscaper – like us. We can help produce a cohesive design and prioritise which jobs should be done first.
Do I need to tell my neighbours about landscaping work?
We will always try to minimise disruption to neighbours by being careful with parking and deliveries and not using noisy machinery too early or too late in the day. Major landscaping will usually involve a certain amount of noise and dust, so we recommend that you give them a warning before we start work.
Do I need planning permission for landscaping work?
We always recommend that you check with your local planning department if your project needs approval. Generally, landscaping works don’t need planning permission or building control. However, there are some cases when planners will need to approve your plans, for example, if you are changing your front garden from soft landscaping to hard landscaping for parking.
Will you need access to my home?
There should be no need for us to access your home unless you invite us in for a cuppa! With the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are even more aware of social distancing, so we would not expect this. All we usually need is access to a water tap and electricity supply. We may arrange for a Portaloo to be installed for longer projects, but we will discuss this with you first.
Can I see examples of previous landscaping work you’ve done?
Of course! We have multiple photographs and testimonials of previous projects that we can provide. In some cases, it may be possible to put you in touch with previous clients, for you to hear their own experience of working with us.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold all relevant insurances, including public liability insurance.
Are estimates free?
All of our estimates are entirely free and will not include any hidden costs. Contact us today to discuss your landscaping requirements.
